Welcome to Snap360 Video Booth (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.
1. Booking, Delivery & Setup
We may collect and process the following types of information:
(a) You must provide us with all necessary event information (date, time, venue, layout) well in advance.
(b) You will ensure that the setup area meets our requirements:
- A clean, flat, dry area approximately 3.5 m × 3.5 m (or as otherwise agreed)
- Access to a standard power outlet within about 10 m
- Safe overhead/side cover if outdoors (e.g. protection from rain, wind, sunlight)
(c) If the booth is to be installed outdoors, the venue must supply sufficient cover (roofing, tenting, etc.). Uncovered outdoor setups must be approved by us in advance.
2. Safety & Use Rules
To protect users and equipment, you and your guests must follow these safety rules:
- No food, drinks, or cigarettes are allowed on or within the booth area.
- No chairs, stools, objects to stand on, or unstable surfaces may be used in or on the booth.
- No lifting, “piggybacking,” handstands, or other stunts are allowed on the booth.
- The booth attendant has the right to refuse service if any user appears unsafe or unwilling to comply.
If you do not want to receive marketing communications, you can opt out (see Section 6).
3. Use of Footage & Images
- By booking, you grant us permission to use video or images captured at your event for marketing, social media, and on our website, unless you explicitly tell us otherwise in writing.
- However, we will not use any content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or damaging to any person’s reputation.
- We will not sell your personal details to third parties and will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information confidential.
4. Equipment Failure & Liability
- We aim to deliver flawless service, but in the event of equipment failure or malfunction (through no fault of ours), our liability is limited to a refund of the portion of the service not delivered—if we determine a refund is appropriate.
- We are not liable for failures caused by the venue, venue staff, event participants, or third parties.
- We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by acts beyond our control (e.g. power outages, water damage, or environmental factors).
5. Extensions, Delays & Force Majeure
- If you wish to extend the booking time during the event day, you may do so (subject to availability) at a rate of AUD 100 per half-hour (or as agreed). Payment must be made at the time of extension.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., traffic, venue delays).
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, governmental restrictions, etc.), we are not liable for failure to attend or fully deliver services.
6. Cancellation & Changes
- If you cancel your booking, cancellation terms (deposit forfeiture, notice period) will be as per your booking agreement or invoice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise, but we will attempt to notify you as early as possible.
- If the venue closes or cancels your event (for reasons beyond our control), we cannot guarantee we can provide service, and liability will be limited.
7. Payment & Deposit
- To secure a booking, a deposit (percentage or fixed amount) is required (to be specified in your invoice).
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods will be agreed in advance (bank transfer, cash, etc.).
- All amounts are expressed in AUD (unless otherwise stated), and any applicable taxes must be covered by you.
8. Indemnity & Responsibility
You agree to:
- Be responsible for the conduct of your guests and ensure they follow our safety rules.
- Indemnify us (i.e. cover us) from losses, damages, or claims arising from your breach of these terms, or from acts or omissions of your venue, staff, or guests.
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State, e.g. New South Wales / the State your business is in], Australia.
- Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussion.
- If resolution fails, disputes may be brought in the courts of the relevant state..
